Our athletic program provides students with important life skills whether they play on competitive or intramural / house-league teams. Team and individual sports play a vital role in developing one’s physical, intellectual, social and emotional well-being. In addition to these benefits, athletic participation helps students develop self-confidence, sportsmanship, co-operation, discipline, commitment, pride and resiliency.

Athletic Programs
Our athletics program allows students of differing levels of skill and experience to participate in both competitive and intramural programs throughout the year. We are a proud member of the Small Schools Athletic Federation (SSAF), which comprises 65-plus independent schools in the GTA. Our school year and the SSAF calendar is divided into three athletic sessions – Fall, Winter, and Spring – with opportunities in either individual and/or team sports in each session. At Hudson, we are proud of the 11 banners won in various SSAF sports.
